Hi Guys

On multiple computers when I visit the site about 50% of the time I get redirected to filestore72.info

I think you have been hacked most likely.

Here is a link I found

Calibrated has been aware of this issue for a number of years now..

I've gotten tired of dealing with the crap that goes on and goes wrong with the forum. Trying to get any kind of meaningful response from Calibrated just ends in frustration.

This is an issue with the forum software ... From memory it's been addressed in the most recent versions, isn't that right, Steevo?

I appreciate the offer for assistance but after several years of banging my head against a silent brick wall I am no longer involved in maintaining the forum.

Yes, most versions after the one the forum currently runs on have plugged the hole.

Just to those affected, to get around it make sure you type the ausamarok.com.au in to the URL bar.

From what I've witnessed, it's a vulnerability in VB that has allowed someone to inject code that looks for Google as the referrer and then redirects them to a nasty page.

I've been back at work since Tuesday.

SeoVB are currently working on our test site, as the platform is completely different to VB4. New template design as well.

Should hopefully go live in a week or so.

Forum has been built on v5. In testing. Vb guys are busy creating a new template design. Taking them longer than I'd like but it's in progress.

Quick fix, running from a proper bookmark or reloading the page looks to work.
Just wish I used the one device to access the site so that I wouldn't need the bookmark or to type in the url. Multiple devices, and shared work computers.
    But hey...

Quoting your post from 24 December 2016 where you suggested you would be upgrading to version 5.
